As Chief of Staff at LegalFly, you are a remarkable thought leader with outstanding expertise in operations and fast-paced organisation. Your unique blend of skills in process and project management, together with your capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment will have an immediate impact on our productivity by streamlining strategic initiatives, improving business operations, and effectively communicating objectives. Your mission

• Proactively identify and implement operational enhancements and streamline processes to support our rapid growth.
• Enhance operational efficiency resulting in faster product development and advanced customer service, while paving the way for internal growth opportunities, such as a potential promotion to VP of Operations.
• Act as a bridge between our founders and various departments ensuring effective communication and alignment on strategic priorities.
• Lead and execute high-priority projects across different areas of the company as directed by the executive team, demonstrating versatility and strategic insight.
• Assist in the development and implementation of company-wide objectives and key results (OKR’s).
• Develop and mentor staff, enhancing team capabilities and fostering growth.
• Collaborate with the executive team on financial management tasks, including payroll, accounting, and budgeting.

Your profile

• Prior experience as Chief of Staff / Exec Ops in a hyper-growth environment or in a top tier management consultancy.
• Entrepreneurial spirit characterised by dynamism, resilience, agility, goal-orientation, structure and people skills, along with exceptional communication and organisational skills.
• Proactive, hands-on and unwavering can-do attitude, consistently seeking solutions and taking initiatives to achieve goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively multitask and manage a diverse range of responsibilities and projects concurrently, maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
